I can only think of one reason.

I called a left a message with Vince indicating it is my opinion many will not register for the call on the web because many will not send their identfying information such as social security number and brokerage account number. I won't be doing so, that's for sure! It is uncommon for any company to ask folks to register using social security numbers on-line. Possibly, they're discouraging the call by doing so.
