The article that appears in Seeking Alpha was published on July 6, 2012 and discussed to death on the Yahoo Implant Sciences message board. So this "article" isn't exactly new that SA is republishing. In terms of the so called bankruptcy warning that isn't new either. For the most part that language has been in IMSC's quarterly releases filed with the SEC. So this isn't news either. SA is used all the time by bulls and bears to influence investors. What matters is not any of those articles but IMSC's ability to get their products certified by TSL.

I am looking to enter, The recent run to 1.84 will naturally be followed with a correction, maybe this negative article will increase the correction and provide a nice temporary entry point that I've been hoping for.

With the Aug 27 date, I can only see accumulation happening until then. There will be ups and downs along the way, but I can't see steady declining with such a pivotal day approaching. If 1.84 was the peak and all we see is decline till the Aug 27 date, then something else is up that we don't know about. And IMO, I don't think that's the case...the transparency is there and everything is layed out on the table.
