HS,
I took this from Fusescience website. What do you make of their statement? Do you feel there is more to do by the consumer, than what is claimed?

"Utilizing our unique, bonding technology, Fuse Science has a more effective electrolyte and energy delivery system for consumers ranging from the serious athletes to working mothers. The consumer simply places a few drops in the mouth or under the tongue, absorbing the superior formulations sublingually, or through their buccal mucosa, essentially bypassing their gastrointestinal (GI) system and enjoying almost immediate effects. There is no other product on the market today that employs this delivery system, or that offers this direct and almost immediate positive impact on the body."

HS, no offense but your example is completely wrong as it is written.

Fuse will not be selling a 16oz bottle of their concentrated drop formula with 8,000 drops in it. However, if their drop device holds let's say 10 drops per device and 1 drop equals the necessary amount of basic electrolyte replenishment and let's say it retails at 9.99 a package, then your example of a 16oz supply container would be worth approx. the $8,000 your reference.

The whole issue here is that Fuse Science has stated that they have developed a concentrated sublingual Drop formula that will give you what currently takes 8, 16, 32 oz of Electrolyte fluid (i.e. Gatorade) to receive.

That's it. So, 1 drop 8oz, 2 drops 16oz, and on. Now, I do not know specifically what the drops equate to, the above is just an example.

I am also sure that you can take this sublingually (optimal) followed with a water source or in water measured by dose. One way gets into your system more rapidly than the other.

Soon, we will get to see what this technology can deliver in a product.

HS, I realize you're trying-thanks. I did not understand your explanation last night, but I think I have it now. The long and short of it, I believe, is that you are saying NO WAY a single DROP (product) can deliver the same carbohydrates as a bottle of Gatorade.

HS, one thing was a bit confusing. In one post you use the word carbohydrates, in the other, nutrients. I assume you are using them interchangeably.

Sublingual versus gastrointestinal administration negates your comparison of drops as simply a volume.

It's all about the superior speed, efficiency & effectiveness.

Next step -- how about a nasal spray?
