Maybe if Churak would allow you to present this past evidence of Churak enjoying KKD's as a young lad somewhere in a city quite south of where he lives, Judge Matt would allow the continuance? Not sure though if it falls within Supreme Court guidelines as it relates to misplaced childhood experiences! Perhaps that is another trial in and of itself? LOL!
As far as wantobe is concerned, it'll be interesting to see which case Judge Matt tends leniency toward.
