The changes suggested by the article you originally referred to (I believe it was posted by either you or brainlessone) were not "minor". If you want to talk about "minor" changes that do not alter the meaning of the text, that is another story, but personally, I do not believe even that has happened to any meaningful degree, and believe that when the Bible makes a clear statement, that is exactly what it means.
You are perfectly free to believe whatever you wish, of course.
