fleck, thanks. Didn't anyone catch the #'s? Aren't these people enrolling with our competitor? how are they signing up users? Is there even a cost factor?
This concerns me. guess I'll have to look further into this. If someone out here thinks this isn't important please let me know & I won't waste my time researching it.
