I would be more interested in seeing the link confirming that the funding is in place since the "detective" work concludes that it is. That claim of "funding in place" was made at least 6 to 8 weeks ago and still no proof of any kind has been made available. Right now there are far to many if this or if that attached to sirg. They already did some damage to their credibility with the LOI and it will be damaged more when nothing comes out about the permits by the end of month.
