That's a good point, but a betting man would wager that Qnexa gets approved, and I have no doubt that the big pharmas are good at betting. VVUS's adcom meeting was considerably more positive than ARNA's; read the notes and you'll see. That alone says the odds are heavily in favor of a Qnexa approval.
