Hope all is well...not trying to antagonize our friend nycinvst, but he/she keeps getting his/her facts twisted, which after a while makes one wonder...
Didn't you think the question about the board minutes that i asked of nycinvst was appropriate...?....he/she was very agitated that he/she wasn't able to get ahold of minutes...then some minutes are included in the 10Q and I was wondering what he/she thought about them...
