Or they can be selling them for cost, or below cost just to get a foot in the door. I sold my NNLX position couple of months ago in the .50s only because other biotech companies where cheaper by comparison. Made some money on them and I today brought back at .38 and .39. I rather be lucky than good any day. Even though I consider my shares to be "free" thanks to the "Bret factor" I will still input by two cents whether negative or positive. I believe this company is a the verge of exploding or imploding. IMO, imploding suggest Bret is a con man, crook and as of today I don't believe he is. So that's why I jumped back in.
