I feel fairly certain that the dictators in the region would not respect Israeli or US capitulation, and would see it as sign of weakness.
The Jewish people are hated by virtually all Arabs everywhere.
In fact, Jews are hated by many around the world.
Sadly, anti-semitism is alive and well, and growing in Europe, the US and elsewhere, imo.
