this is NOT clinical proof as you claim.

(Britton Chance, Molecular Imaging, Vol. 2 #2) >> www.imds.com/ctlm/

It's simple a quote from a hyped up web site.

I searched and can find NO REFERENCE to this study on the internet. please provide a link. Britton Chance has, like the company, been dead for years and was 97 when he died.

WRONG. WRONG.WRONG. WRONG.

1. You are aware the CTLM does NOT detect CANCER, even IMDS doesn't make that wild of a claim. The CTLM has never been CLINICALLY proven to be 90% more effective in detecting CANCER.

2. BIOSCAN has NEVER paid IMDS ONE PENNY in royalties and the technology IMDS sold them was NOT for the CTLM. It was for a RAT SCANNER in 2006.

3. The company has NOT done 25000 scans since LAST MARCH. The scan claim made by IMDS is NOT verified by any independent source and the scans overseas and the majority of any scans can NOT be used for any PMA submission going forward, IMDS first needs to establish an IRB, then an FDA approved protocol, then establish domestic clinical sites, then begin scans according to the FDA approved protocol.

4. Shimadzu CANNOT sell ONE CTLM in Australia, as Austrilia REVOKED the approval for the CTLM as the TGA states the CTLM is UNPROVEN and WARNED women in an official notice in December 2010 NOT to use the CTLM.

5. IMDS has NO future, has TWO rejected FDA submissions, owes almost TWO MILLION DOLLARS to the IRS for stealing of their employees tax withholding, owes over FIVE MILLION DOLLARS to vendors, owes MILLIONS of dollars to toxic lenders, and has diluted the shareholders this year with over TWO BILLION SHARES.

6. IMDS since inception has hired and fired more distributors than they have made sales of CTLMS.

7.IMDS since inception has more lawsuits with former employees, distributors, board members, vendors, promoters, investment bankers than they have made sales of CTLMS.

8.IMDS since inception has filed for more patents than they have made sales of CTLMS.

9.IMDS since inception has attended more RSNA and other shareholder paid free trips than they have made sales of CTLMS.

10. IMDS since inception missed more promised PMA submissions than they have made sales of CTLMS.

11.IMDS since inception has more investigative correspondence with the SEC than they have made sales of CTLMS.

12. IMDS since inception has hired more stock promoters than they have made sales of CTLMS.

13. IMDS since inception has hired and fired more employees than they have made sales of CTLMS.

14. IMDS since inception has filed more stock offerings wih the SEC than they have made sales of CTLMS.

15. The CEO of IMDS has personally made more in salary than IMDS has generated in revenue since inception.

16. The SVP of IMDS who is the CEO's daughter, has made more in salary, stcok options, benefits than IMDS has generated in revenue since inception.

17. The CFO has made more in salary, stcok options, benefits than IMDS has generated in revenue since inception.

18. The CEO of IMDS has placed her children in key positions in IMDS, with nor prior similar experience.

19. The three top executives at IMDS collectively took home more than one million dollars last year in pay while IMDS lost millions of dollars, the stock lost 95%, and the 510k was rejected.

Still waiting on that $5-10 a share promise last year by the resident "genius"

this will be trading at $5-10/share in one year, and count on seeing $20-$80/share or more in 5-20 years
