Poet, don't do what it says, you'll lose what you typed i think .... problem is imho that the system is logging you out at irregular and unpredictable intervals - look down in the bottom right-hand corner to see if you're logged in as 'Guest' or as your nick ... i got that message and was able to post by hitting the back button [which brought back the typing], opening IH in another window, logging in there, then copying and pasting from the expired compose window to the new one ... worked fine .... cheers
