Well, here's the deal, and not that those believing these guys walk on water would care to know the answer to; but, what in the world could they be negotiating on the second deal if they don't have a deal on the first deal? Not to mention that it went from signing a lease on the second location to still being negotiated.
Isn't this sounding like the 10000 sq ft. clinic, where they were in the final negotiations?
Man the more you read the harder it is to understand what in the world these folks are really doing or if they even know. Or is it that this is exactly what it appears to be.
