I honestly have no idea unless it's just a personal issue.
I see a rollout of a huge opportunity. Heck, if contracts had been announced years ago it would have seemed implausible. Now that we see the groundwork being laid: JV agreements, local companies being formed in foreign countries, financing, etc it is resonable to think that a contract could be signed and executed.
Anyone who thinks that multi-million dollar contracts are handed out just willy-nilly don't live in the real world. Partnering with Enervue and Wamar and others makes it all possible. It's like the company where I work. Years ago, we were trying to grow, but most wouldn't take us seriously because we'd never done sizeable projects. Once we became a subsidiary of a larger outfit, we were given projects in the 100's of millions range rather than the 10-20 million that we had before. Our company hadn't changed, but it was the association with the big boys that made the difference.
Contracts are getting close here. I expect a very merry Christmas...:-)
