OK found it and that building is still far larger than 5000 square feet. Perhaps you can contact the landlord and pester him a little too....

just by estimating the size of the parking spaces the footprint is at least 100 x 100... 10,000 x 2 =
20,000 and I'm sure I'm underestimating it anyway....

Can't we just go back to what CBIS paid for in shares or something. This is ridiculous.

First PR states- We have begun our expansion with a second location for which the lease has been signed. A lease for a third Las Vegas location is currently in negotiation.

Update PR states-These plans consist of opening up a second, third and fourth location in Las Vegas. Cannabis Science is currently in negotiations to open up the second clinic, in Henderson, Las Vegas. The first clinic already resides at 4240 West Flamingo Rd in Las Vegas and is 5,000 square feet.

For pete sakes, you need a decoder ring. Lease is sign on second now it's being negotiated, and we are not only talking about a third location, but a forth and they don't have an agreement signed on the first location.
