Tiger, I deal directly with jails and make presentations to the jail staff. If they like the product and want a Kiosk a contract is signed and I have completed my mission and on to the next facility. I don't deal with money transfer agents but to think that this company can do business with government agencies and not be licensed is pretty far fetched. Is there some reason you believe they are not licensed? If you can give me a reason why you believe they are not licensed I will find out who the transfer agent is. Otherwise you are just wasting my time.
