Thanks for pointing out that link (I actually missed it) and for the clarification.
JJ has said it would take a significant premium and likes to mention ALXN in comparison.
One reason I have thought for years a buyout was unlikely is there was some director upheaval a couple years ago when one director said that they turned down some prospective suitors. There are one or more 8-k's on it (but sorry I forget the date).
Not sure why I think it may actually happen now but I'd imagine it would take a significant premium (though the stock has been going up for some time in part on that)
