Oh, demo is a blast! But all the metal that was behind the office must have been a chore to move, even with an excavator. Everything was big and heavy, nothing that stacks well. Buildings are easy, just break up the wood small enough to throw in the dump - metal machinery tends to clump up.
i agree demo can be fun, especially when you start finding old stuff or seeing how the oldtimers used to make stuff. neatest part, checking plumb, level and square, those guys were true craftsmen and knew how to make a job easy and right.
