Just more evidence of EDIG's true business plan. Do just enough to keep shareholders on the hook while providing stick options and salaries (oh and "reasonable reimbursements") for themselves.

I could not agree more. Nothing will ever change as long as the entrenched officers and directors are in charge.

Indeed Boyer's concept for putting the IFE device in the tray is innovative. The eVU is basically the same product as the original digEplayer that came out 9 or 10 years ago.

What in the world does Fred Falk actually do all day to earn his $185K salary plus perks and bonus options? There is no evidence of him ever having done anything that created shareholder value in his many years at the helm.
