Good Grief Dave, I actually agree with you.

you encapsulated some seriously good advice:

Preserving capital (avoiding losses) is a component of making money. Being informed of both the positive and negative views enhances visibility and can help to mitigate losses. It's up to the reader to weigh the opposing views for themselves.

That really wouldn't be a bad "sticky" for every single stock board.

I've come to the conclusion that perfection on a message board is unattainable, and to be honest, on some level I think IHUB is quite good, and I think it is trying to do better, although you will never make everyone happy.

Thanks for the response Dave, I will never be completely happy. By the way your post was off-topic. Mentioning other boards.

The more notable ones that come to mind are goldenboards.com and investmentnation.com

Dave IHUB has paid Promotors which are listed under IRPs and they fit this description.

Investopedia explains 'Promoter'
While there are plenty of legitimate investment promoters out there, one should always do their homework before investing in the activities they represent. Due to the fact that many of the investments promoted by these individuals are not formally registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, an investment area plagued with fraud, professional promoters have been linked to an inordinately high number of investment scams and litigation.

On the flip side does IHUB have paid Bashers and are any listed as IRPs. These people fit this description.

Investopedia explains 'Stock Basher'
This is an illegal activity that can carry significant legal repercussions. The basher generally benefits on how effective the negative rumors are, which can dramatically affect a stock's value. If an investor believes the false claims, he or she may sell off the stock at the higher price before it falls. The basher will then purchase the stock and ride out the gains.

What I noticed in these two descriptions above is one of them is called an illegal activity that can carry significant legal repercussions.
I didn't think either one is illegal, but I guess I'm wrong, and I can easily understand why there may be no Paid Bashers with an IRP.
