Back to discussing real issues. All the patents are in jeopardy if they do not get used. If their life is 14 years then they are half way through without marketable products. If you pay attention to the time line the primary innovations will be copied before a true market an be achieved. This is just one of the time pressures Cyclone is under and does not confront transparently. If they have a plan instead of some general sense of a plan I think it would not hurt them in any way to make it known.
