O/S increasing is not the 8k.

I stated cleary that the 8K states that the O/S has been raised. It has and my previous post has all the facts. ERIC told me on the phone that if the company were diluting an 8K would have to be filed within 72 hours. I never said that ERIC confirmed dilution. I just stated that he said if they were an 8K would have to be issued. WHICH IT WAS! All in my own opinion. GOOD LUCK YA"ll!
