As I have often speculated the BAM offering will be declared illegal with criminal chargers and demands for restitution being issued. Those that purchased BAM shares and later had them exchanged for BORK shares, the issuance of those BORK shares will be declared as stolen property from Bourque Industries with a court order for their return to Bourque Industries.

Legal action by the BAM participates has no standing against Bourque Industries, but only against individuals that created the private company Borque Alloy Manufacturing and initiated the BAM offering, this as the activities of persons in regards to officers of Bourque Industries are not collectively exhaustive.

If the BAM offering document contained the legal language of the forfeiture of the signed BAM participant to any and all legal recourse in regards to any and all outcomes of the offering, then oops if you signed it.
