Charts don't usually know of secondaries, so it means little to me, what is more important is its failure to stay above 12 today. Lower the price target to 14-15 on the slow response to reach the 13 level. 12.60 is an important level for gern to reach, should it fail to do so before the market takes a breather then 10 is likely to be tested before another advance possibly.
