Nice post... They gave HHSE a timeline and if they miss, I guess HHSE should fire them, hahaha... Good stuff:)

If you hire someone to put a roof on your house and they say it will be done it 2 weeks and its not done, the neighbors start yelling at the home owner for not replacing the roof.... You will never get a roof on your house... NEVER...

Whatever you say. I just am basing what I say on past performance and they was using the same Hogan Tayolor firm then hmmm!!!!!
