Candyman,

Perhaps BORK has not released details on contract negotiations because to do so would alert the competition!

Think about it - Tomcat

It would interesting to know how much the FIXED COSTS are per month to keep the doors open.

Guesstimate anyone?

Under Section 144 I think that he can sell approximately 1 million shares each month but his SEC application must be filed quarterly (?).

One million shares sold at approximately 10 cents each month is approximately 100,000 dollars/mo.

That should keep the doors open?

re: "JB and Crew [are] intentionally not releasing any info [for] a reason."

I agree, and using Purple prose here is an explaination of how BORK is being designed to reach under a penny.

Location: John Bourque's inner (troubled) thoughts
Date: The days prior to having the 09/29/2011* event being executed.

* A date which will live in infamy for minority shareholders.

It was a dark and stormy night as John Bourque looked outside his window watching how the rain fell in torrents and wondered if what he saw was being reflected back to him as an omen to foretell a frightful crime to decapitate the minority shareholders, resulting from a planned transfer from Bourque Industries ownership into private hands of 97.6 million shares of Bourque Industries Common Stock.

These taken from deep inside the supposedly storm harden boundaries protecting the internal organs of Bourque Industries, as they existed to protect and provide substance for this public company.

But John took his eyes away quicky, seeing shadows of skeletal frames on top of the agitated flat areas where the rain collected in pools of unrest, for he knew the perceived images were layed out as the depleted embodiment of minority shareholders affected as a result to regain possession of the Kryron patents he continues to view as his deeply private and personal property.

"A scheme, a scheme, regain my kryron patents for a scheme!"

What if John thought, as he reflected on the path Bourque Industries will take by this event and others planned to have this company exhibit lifeless vital signs of not being ready or able to be successful. Yes John thought, what if I and my cohorts conducted the affairs of Bourque Industries in a manner expected by the minority shareholders. Yes, correctly done private placements would have filled Bourque Industries coffers to over flowing, allowing a ramp up quickly in months to a full functioning manufacturer to produce Kryron related material and products, that in parallel with the ability to finance independent testing to make available the data required for sales, all awhile putting into place the needed programs for quality control certification in the United States and abroad.

Yes John thought, this "what if" would have the market smile on BORK and lift it higher and higher as this company grows higher and higher, just the opposite to what is planned starting with the 09/29/2011 release.

But John reminded himself of what really mattered, himself. Then Bourque Industries will be allowed to attain the greatness of size and worth once speculated on that now defunct IH board, where sporadic incoherent posts appear asking if anyone knows where to get milk.

Best I not look out the window again, John decided, for those dark shadows will include future fallen military and law enforcement men and women denied receiving my armor plates.

There was an unexpected knock at the door.

The Milkman.
