PFunk, thank you for your service. I don't know about warlords but I do know about how business is stymied in a less than first world country. The paperwork and politics cause delay after delay. Where I live, people make a living by getting business license paperwork through the red tape. My guess is that until The Minister says otherwise, SNEY remains an exploration company. JMHO.
