I posted info on promo's so they did happen that is a fact. Never said the company put out the promo's, but they are selling shares to people that may be putting out the promo

The OS just started going up over last 3 weeks, so any info Todd supplied a month ago did not answere the question of who has bought shares from the company over last 3 weeks that has increased the OS APPROX BY 19 MILLION. Thats not alot based on what I personally think the company is worth, but I still think some how that with the company diluting it may be keeping the price on the cheap. My opinion of course and not saying this was Todds intention either, just that it has happened thats all.
