I took a quick look and this is what I see:

A filing that states:

At present the Company has a net gain for 10 consecutive quarters of operations and likewise is growing net earnings at a rate of 129.82% per quarter as reflected in the accompanying financial statements

and then the financials state:

The net income of SMA Alliance was $102,088.32 for the fiscal quarter ending September 30, 2011 (3rd quarter) which represents a 79.42% decrease compared to net income of $496,160.36 in the quarter ending June 30, 2011

I also see 250m+ os with 46m free trading and 47 beneficial shareholders.

That tells me that there is a group of individuals, each holding his portion of the OS waiting to sell to whoever is willing to buy, and they have about 200M left to sell before they come back to the trough for more...
