Last SEC schedule D filed, was right before OS started going up, and looks like offerings had a mininum that investment firms would get involved with, and then that investment firm may Promo it. So although company again may not be behind promo's , they are selling to people who have promoted this which if you think about it is very similar

Ok. That's an insane ammount of money to spend on a promo. At least the company didn't fund it. I wonder what their motive was?
