LOLssss, you missed the main O/S point AGAIN!
465,182,354 shares were issued and outstanding on June 11, 2012 These are O/S shares, the trading float!

Now from the ibox stating AAPT having just over 200 Million O/S to a FACT, proved by the 2 day old 8K that AAPT has diluted over 250 Million shares in 4 months to almost 500 Million shares, just 500 Million more to dilute then AAPT WILL HAVE 1 Billion shares in the O/S, then they will do a reverse split to get the shares back to 100 Million and shart all over again,,,IMO.

By the looks of the PPS today, other investors agree with me, 1 Billion shares in the A/S is NOT GOOD, those NV. shares will be used one day soon!
