This process requires the company to pay to OTC Markets about $4,100, file an initial issuer statement, attorney letter, annual financials unaudited and quarterly unaudited statements, however it does require Paradigm to file the form 15 first. We have filed our form 15D, completed our application to the OTC Markets with credit card payment information, engaged attorneys to prepare the issuer’s initial disclosure statement and submit the attorney letter with respect to such disclosure.
