This is a paper-fcuk transaction to evade salaries as royalties received under an S-Corp so they, Daisy and Brian, can avoid having to pay taxes on what would normally be wages.

It also means that BBDA and its shareholders simply don't own the products or the names regardless of your speculative reasoning. You just pay to promote them. If the rights to products get bought, they aren't going to be buying them from you or BBDA.

You might want to familiarize yourself with the CEO's past history of legal troubles stemming from trying to hide assets in duplicate corporations before you get comfy with the idea that BBDA owns anything of value.
