Well, they killed shareholders in the RS a few months back

Todd wasn't CEO then, "they" are gone.

Additionally, if my calcs are correct, they have diluted about 1,500% since then

1500%? There has been minimal dilution, the A/S was lowered, and the CEO purchased shares on the open market, yep... bad news

The RS was needed, but it also killed the longs here. As for dilution we have been checking over the last several months and there has been very little dilution. This plus many other things is why it is so confussing on why this has lost this much ground. We have a fair share structure in place now, and certified alot of good news from the company.

And as much as I see good, you are right to never trust what is really going on.
