He's hooked up until July 5, but I doubt much will have happened by then. I really appreciate him keeping an eye on it as time permits.

An initial conference is pretty ministerial (i.e., just nuts and bolts of how things will proceed, scheduling, discovery-related issues/planning). Also, there is a counter-defendant that PCFG has sued (YA Global), which is not even represented by counsel yet (i.e., YA's counsel has not yet entered an appearance).

I have a couple things to do between now and July 5, so I will revisit this later to see what has happend (e.g., YA's counsel, YA's answer to the cross complaint, etc.). Probably YA will not respond for three weeks, after served. In the meantime, however, I will download what is available in early July and post it somewhere.

That's all I have time for this morning... big day on another front...
