Yeah, I think it's safe to say that the ornamental antenna design would have been safe in the absence of a patent to protect it. I find it hard to believe that any modern phone company would aspire to an antenna design that appears to add fully 20%+ to the length of the phone; sticking out the top of the phone like a snow dome model of the Gateway Arch. LOL!

I understand you think this is a scam, but your DD is incorrect.

The company may have a DE address, but "LTD" signifies a foreign entity.

The DE SOS website says it's a DE corporation, or a DOMESTIC corporation. I realize "wiki" may tell you something else, it's just not a good source for INFO.

I put some info in bold to help. The page expires if I copy/paste. You can Google DE SOS to verify. Click "entity search".

File Number: 4700756 Incorporation Date / Formation Date: 06/18/2009
(mm/dd/yyyy)
Entity Name: AERIUS INTERNATIONAL, LTD.
Entity Kind: CORPORATION Entity Type: GENERAL
Residency: DOMESTIC State: DE

Now you seem to keep focusing on the "D" as it relates to the patent. What does that matter? AERS never said it didn't relate to the design, did they?

AERS may not be a good investment, but that doesn't mean it's a SCAM. To try and suggest information that is irrelevant or incorrect doesn't help novice investors.

You also suggested AERS gave OTC Markets incorrect info about the SS. OTC Markets lists the last filing from AERS. OTC has the filing, but failed to update the company info page. Companies are not required to update. OTC has several fully reporting companies that show larger OS counts than the AS count, yet they are OTCQB.

It's hard to do DD with inaccurate information from the company or the "skeptics". If you have accurate information to share about AERS, please do. Otherwise it's a waste of time.
