Man, what a nightmare. No wonder people have such a poor opinion of OTCs and many of the folks that inhabit this world. Sounds plainly like insider mischief was going on 'til you tumbled to it and put a stop to things.
Simply disgusting. I hope this wasn't what was actually going on at $$QASP. "Breach of fiduciary duties" is the least of what occurred, if what you say is true. "Malfeasance," either civilly or maybe even criminally, may have taken place, sadly.
