Friday after 12 two market sells down to .30. So those 40k shares took out the buyers support. This allowed these sellers to walk down the ask. I believe they were hoping to create negative market appearance. Thereby creating the ability to pick up shares lower then they sold. Some reasons I feel its manipulation is because
1) No Negative news
2) They purposely knocked the PPS down to .30 on Friday after 12 which coincided with the closing of the transfer agent
3) Low Float enables volatility
4) Unusually high share count at Ask
