In addition, it holds a 100% interest in a claim block covering approximately 794-acre located in Arizona; and a 60% interest in McCord Creek Property, a gold project that comprise 14 mining claims covering 2,218-acre located in central Alaska's Tolovana mining district.
The company was formerly known as iBOS Inc. and changed its name to Liberty Gold Corp. in May 2011. Liberty Gold Corp. was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.
