It's not as dificult as you're making it out to be.

There's always going to be a little leeway with what a mod will allow on a board, depending on the tone and the volume of posts, etc. That's not a TOU issue.

I suggest if you have a particular problem with either a post or a mod, you take Shelly's advice and pm admin about it.
