The problem there lies with the mods. Not the TOU.

People are using the words 'basher' and 'shorter' along with the other words you mentioned and their posts remain on the boards

There's no interpretation when it comes to subject matter. Company...good. ( : Posters...bad! ) :

If there is no list, then it is only up to the reviewer's subjective interpretation of the comment whether or not it is considered 'off-topic'
