No, he had it right.

There is no list of "banned" words - if there are references to other Users and their supposed motivations for posting on the board, then it's off topic and should be deleted.

Some of the common words ppl use are cheerleader, basher, naysayer, pumper, etc. but that is by no means the only words ppl can use to talk about other people.

The boards are to talk about the company - not the people who post on this site.

Edit: As a free User, you can pm any Admin with questions like this. You don't have to post your message on this board.
