There are those that would rather pump and attempt to hold er steady then realize the inevitable and ride this crazy ride. That's why you very rarely see sub holders at the top. It's just to tempting to start selling at any level and the large blocks they hold are potentially devastating directly to the share price as well as the mind set for the bigger money investors. That's why the board is so active it's all scared money! Scared to get in and scared to get out!
