Ranger Glad to see you've woken from your slumber. How was the break? I understand Judge Fitzgerald has set various dates re trials etc following schedule conference held earlier this month or last. I believe the patient is far from being pronounced dead and about to be released with a new lease of life with a very bright and prosperous future.
Re the court ....the judge pretty much requires a gag order on the case. In where this trial can go or any potential settlement talks, there is no good to come from management releasing their opinions. As for the card business,,, it would be great if a stockholder update would come out.
