The Company was teetering on Bankruptcy at that time. But with some slight of Hand by the then CEO and probably others in the Company bankruptcy was avoided. I held my holding through that time and I can tell you I ws chewing my fingers a lot in those days. May have to learn to do it again just quietly. :(
