The reason I have not yet shared the FINRA short numbers is for the first time since I have been following they have not yet been reported. So far only the numbers for the NYSE:

Could this be the reason?

FINRA will announce the effective
date of the proposed rule change in a
Regulatory Notice to be published no
later than 120 days following
Commission approval. The effective
date will be no more than 365 days
following Commission approval.
