No, CM, YOU check the PRs. Alpine backed out of a deal, changed the rules and then tried to steal MMTC from us (shareholders). I'm glad MMTC is in this suit and I would strongly encrouage counsel to counter sue for frivolous lawsuit brought be Alpine.
