This would probably fall in the "blind hope" category, since it constitutes an apples to oranges comparison (rather like clinical trials), but since even Teva's process patent held up, what are the odds MNTA's process patent for mEnox holds up? Different patents and different venue, I know. Still we might pay special attention to the opinion from the mCopax case wrt Teva's process patent and why it, too, is valid and infringed. Might we get clues?
