My guess is that they will not be restricted, as restricted shares must by held for at least 6 months. However, you are correct in that NIR funds will be a major owner, and will not be able to dump the shares all at once, but will only be able to sell off a small percentage each trading day, or as much as the market will bear, which ever is less.
